What kind of leader are you?

The impossible question to answer that every "Imposter Syndromed" leader dreads - "Are you a good leader or a bad leader"?
Impossible to answer because leadership, quite simply, is not a single skill.
Some leaders are visionary. They know the end goal and are brilliant at achieving it.

Some are excellent communicators and great with people. Others lock themselves away in their offices.
Others are direct and great at stepping up. Others cower away and avoid issues.
There are leaders who have a great deal of emotional intelligence and find it easy to see the bigger picture and not get drawn into petty conflicts.
Some are full of integrity and honesty - others are not.
And there are leaders who are good developers - Brilliant at building the skill base and emotional intelligence of their team. And changing and adapting themselves.
Rather than ask yourself if you a good leader, consider:
How good is your vision?
How well do you communicate?
Do you step up and guide people back to task, when necessary?
Can you emotionally distance yourself, when needed or do you easily get overwhelmed and drawn into petty conflicts?
Are you honest with people?
Are you a good developer - able to build and develop teams of people to achieve your businesses goals? Able to build yourself?
