Meon Springs is a place where, without any input you can connect with nature and find insight to help you achieve your best life, whether that be business or personal.
Surrounding the farm are the South Downs. Steep grassy banks with woodland, that we use for nature activities on our trainings.
In the heart of the farm are the lakes - spring fed and used for fly fishing throughout the year.
And talking of the farm - It is a dairy farm, with 400 cows supplying milk to Sainsbury's. It is successfully run very much on the principles that we teach in our Achievement Breaks.

Much of the training and learning takes place in The Long Barn. - a beautifully restored 18th-century thatched barn that blends historic charm with modern functionality.
As the main meeting space, it provides a warm, characterful setting for workshops, discussions, and group learning. Fully equipped with a large screen, flipcharts, tables, and chairs,
Its rustic beams and natural light create a grounded yet inspiring environment — It works well for meaningful development and is a world apart in style and character from most training venues.
Alongside The Long Barn, The Stables offers a light and airy space for smaller group sessions or as a breakout area during larger programmes.
Cosy and well-appointed, it maintains the same thoughtful balance of rustic charm and modern convenience.
Equipped with a screen, flipcharts, tables, and chairs, The Stables provides a flexible setting for focused discussions, one-to-one coaching,

The Bushcraft Centre at Meon Springs offers a truly wild environment for experiential learning,
Set on the edge of Whitewool Hangar, it is designed for outdoor training, team-building, and personal development, including bushcraft, nature-based learning, and practical challenges to develop resilience, solution-finding and collaboration.
For those looking to extend the experience, the Bushcraft Centre also provides overnight accommodation in spacious bell tents, allowing groups to fully unplug and connect.
Whether used as a standalone venue or in combination with indoor sessions, it brings a refreshing, hands-on element to any programme.
The Yurt Village is a place where you can bring larger groups to comfortably stay overnight in our six yurts, comfortably sleeping up to five in each one and add Bell Tents for expand group numbers further.
The Yurt Village is fully equipped with a kitchen and hang-out area - The Yurtery. It also has a campfire for outside evenings under the stars.
Although some people are a little daunted by sharing accommodation, we find that by the end of most experiences it very much brings teams together in a much stronger more connected way.

The Shepherd’s Huts at Meon Springs offer a comfortable and well-equipped accommodation option for corporate guests and training delegates seeking a restful stay in a peaceful, rural setting.
Thoughtfully spaced along the edge of a the lakes, each hut is warm, stylishly finished, and comes with heating, power, and cosy beds—providing just the right balance of rustic charm and modern comfort.
With space for up to seven guests, one per hut, they are ideal for small teams or leadership groups looking to stay on-site and fully immerse themselves in their training experience. The huts also create a quiet retreat for reflection and rest after a productive day.
