Team Events

Co-designed team events can very much help your organisation create tightly bonded and focused teams engaged and enjoying the challenges that your business environment throws them.

At Meon Springs, our team events:

  • Provide shared experiences outside the usual work routine.

  • Create opportunities for colleagues to connect on a personal level.

  • Introduce the concept of thinking from outcomes and natural productivity.

  • Help team members understand each other’s strengths, and build mutual respect.

The structured activities and collaborative challenges help teams focus on common goals, practice communication, and align on priorities in a low-pressure environment.

As individuals work together, overcome the challenges, and celebrate successes, we observe and facilitate reflection.

With our approach, trust naturally develops, insights happen, collaboration becomes easier, decision-making faster, and overall team performance stronger.

Outcome Development Events

One-day outcome development events usually start at 9am with tea, coffee, and Danish pastries.

After introductions and icebreakers, participants explore the outcomes for the day, defining a clear purpose and focus.

This is followed by engaging activities, reflection, and stimulating ideas and theory delivered before lunch—helping the team build shared understanding, spark creativity, and connect learning to practical challenges.

All activities are experiential, interactive, and fun, designed to reinforce learning and strengthen collaboration, problem-solving, and decision-making skills in real time.

The day wraps up between 4pm and 5pm with a review of learnings to ensure that individuals leave with clearer priorities, stronger connections and renewed energy.

Held at our Yurt Village, Team Camps provide an immersive experience in an environment that encourages collaboration, reflection, and creative problem-solving.

They are particularly effective for new teams forming bonds, as well as for graduates of training programmes looking to consolidate their learning.

Beyond skill development, Team Camps strengthen relationships, build trust, and generate shared ownership of outcomes, leaving teams energised, aligned, and ready to apply their learning back in the workplace.

Bespoke Programmes

Although time committing, the investment in creating a bespoke programme can reap strong returns.

Designed to cover different focus areas or to meet the needs of different groups within your organisation our bespoke programmes spread learning across multiple sessions, ensuring teams have the time to absorb insights, practice new skills, and apply them between events—maximising long-term impact.

These programmes can combine hands-on activities at Meon Springs with the support of online learning and coaching throughout.

This blended approach ensures continuity, reinforces key concepts, and provides ongoing guidance, allowing participants to deepen their understanding, build confidence, and embed new ways of working.

Whether your goal is to develop leadership, enhance team collaboration, improve wellbeing, or align around outcomes, these programmes create sustained, meaningful change across your organisation.

Leadership Retreats at Meon Springs are about a lot of things.

Not least:

  • Immersing your team in a relaxed, distraction-free environment.

  • Exploring concepts and developing ideas around Thinking from Outcomes and Natural Productivity.

  • Having meaningful discussions, in a safe environment.

  • Taking a step back from day-to-day pressures to focus on what matters.

  • Being in a setting close to nature—yet comfortable and fully cared for.

Our retreat offers individual accommodation for up to seven people in our charming Shepherd’s Huts, giving each participant privacy and comfort.

Working space is available in The Long Barn and Stables, providing flexible areas for planning, workshops, and collaborative sessions. Catering can be arranged to suit your needs, or you can choose self-catering for a more independent experience.

In addition, bespoke activities and learning sessions can be integrated to support leadership development, team bonding, and strategy creation.

A Leadership Retreat at our venue is a productive break from the office—it’s an opportunity to reconnect, refocus, and create actionable plans that drive tangible results for your business.
