Some people at work and in life spend a lot of time caught up in their head either worrying about things that might happen or ruminating on how things should be better.  Others are more optimistic but still spend a lot of time working hard to process data and achieve results.

We believe that only cows should ruminate and we also know that mindset shifts are more than possible. Not from changing your circumstances but rather from relaxing the nervous system, releasing old patterns and creating new mindsets.​

The Mindset Shift Training Workshop

 

The Mindset Shift training workshop is a day of learning, connection, and outdoor time in the Hampshire countryside,

 

It is a day where you will learn skills and techniques to properly relax, release and freely re-create your vision of the future.

 

You will walk away with a clearer, calmer mindset you can use every day.​​​​

 

It is a hands-on day in the Hampshire countryside, with an amazingly delicious lunch. ​
 

​

You will learn and experience ways to:

 

  1. Relax your nervous system and find more relaxed states of mind - immediately.
     

  2. Release beliefs, freeing yourself from old patterns that are no longer serving you.
     

  3. Recreate your mindset - Think without making thoughts your master, then use thought pro-actively to help create the achievements you want.

Meet your facilitators

Stacey Black

With a background in corporate training and coaching, Stacey has designed and delivered high-impact workshops across industries, supporting teams and individuals to unlock their potential, navigate self-doubt, and communicate with impact.

 

Her approach blends evidence-based mindset tools from psychology and adult learning theory with embodied practices from yoga and breathwork—creating learning experiences that shift not just how people think, but how they feel in their bodies.

 

Stacey brings warmth, insight, and practical strategies to help professionals and individuals redefine mindset on their own terms and take it back into the workplace with authenticity and intention.

Business owner (Meon Springs) and trainer. 


In Jamie's early career he was General Manager of MDS Ltd. A graduate training programme in the Fresh Produce industry. 

 

The training and development  provided with this scheme was and still is inspirational and transformative to many people.
 

His previous career in training, combined with over 30 years of running a complex diversified agricultural business, full of uncertainty, with long hours, tight margins and plenty of risk makes him well qualified to design and run Meon Springs Learning and Development.
 

Over the years, Jamie has completed numerous trainings and workshops including:
 

  • Clarity Coach certification training

  • Silva Mind Control Method

  • DISC Personality Profile Accreditation

  • PRINCE 2 Project Management

On the Agenda

Over a day, we will be exploring and experiencing skills and techniques to help you recognise, release and recreate mindsets.
 

1. Regulate to Relax

It is scientifically proven that simple the habit of breathing has a significant effect on your nervous system.  In this part of The Mindset Shift, we learn how to consciously slow it down and speed it up.  Effectively reverse engineering the system.  These skills enable natural resilience, even when tired or under pressure.

2. Recognise to Release

Being able to recognise and welcome limiting thoughts, then transform them to more realistic and useful thoughts is a game-changing skill that everyone should have for their wellbeing.  We teach and practice these skills on The Mindset Shift - And help you develop your own system of doing this - to take away.

3. Realise to Recreate

When adept at the above, you will begin to realise just how easy it is to see just how transient and unreal thoughts really are.  This recognition is the start of being able to use thought to create what you want in life.
