Some people are great at waking up in the morning with a deep sense of clarity and purpose. Throughout the day they consistently focus their energy on meaningful work, with their teams aligning behind them and supporting them every step of the way.
If this is 110% you, this training will take you an extra 10%. If on the other hand you find, like most people the clarity comes and goes, a lot of the day is spent problem solving and being distracted on menial tasks - then this training could be completely transformative for your workplace.
On Frameworks for Success, we start from beyond problem solving and developing solutions to pulling your business forward by focusing on outcomes.
It is a practical hands-on day, using the farming business, which has been adopting this approach for some years, as a case study.
You will learn and experience ways to:
-
Think and act in outcomes to generate inspiring power to pull your business forward.
-
Align your goals for best overall results to avoid conflicts and disagreements.
-
Zoom in, out and sideways to see things from a different perspective and broaden your choice of action.
Frameworks for Success is a transformative day for anyone working in business or organisation. It is also a day out in the Hampshire countryside, with a networking lunch and an energising walk around the farm.

"Thank you for a great day, we really enjoyed it and have fed this back to our People and Marketing team leads, who will be in touch".

What blocks Success?

If success was easy, everybody would be doing it. So what stops people and businesses getting what they want? Below is a quote from Sonia, who leaned into a significant insight..

For me, the most impactful aspect was the discussions about focusing on outcomes as opposed to problems...I believe this will be a game changer for me. To apply this approach in my role as a manager, asking my team what they want as opposed to focusing on what they perceive to be the problem will be a change from my standard ‘how do I fix this’ approach.
Sonia
How do you "Plan for Success"?
There are skills and tools that facilitate your ability to stay focused and achieve your own and your organisation's best outcomes. Below are a few examples.

-
You realise that the map is not the territory. All of us experience our perception of life rather than life as it actually is. We will explore this concept and how experiencing it can keep you returning to the focus you are wanting.
-
You focus on your preferential outcomes. Not your problems. When you're assessing a course of action, this is key. If you know what your preferential outcomes are you can use them as your North Star to navigate to your desired destination.
-
You are a master at zooming in and zooming out. Everything is about focus. How good are you at zooming out to the bigger picture and finding better alternatives? Are you able to zoom in to the detail and create and follow a detailed plan.
-
You know how to use an OODA loop. If you have been in the military, you will be familiar with the OODA loop and know that you don't want to get in another's OODA loop and you don't want anyone in yours. Good coaches will challenge you but always let you process within your OODA loop.

"The balance was well thought out. The alternation between conceptual input and hands-on activities helped maintain energy and engagement throughout the day. I especially enjoyed the games and the farm visit — they added a refreshing and social dimension to the programme while still reinforcing the importance of team dynamics and observation".
Harriet

We will have lunch at around 12.30pm after which we will be taking a look at the farm and exploring how these concepts are working in our diversified farming business. The day ends with final reflections around 4pm to wrap up before 5pm.
