Advice for Leaders and L&D Professionals

"Improvement Without the Overhaul"

As a leader or learning and development professional, meaningful improvement doesn’t always require a complete overhaul. Sometimes, a mini-workshop or consultancy meeting to find a new perspective or approach is enough to transform your programmes.

From us, you can receive practical guidance on:

  • Structuring your business around thinking from outcomes.

  • Strengthening your training programmes to embed outcome-focused thinking.

  • Transforming your approach from offering wellbeing solutions to creating natural productivity

  • Building effective and resilient teams.

Align your effort with a bit of support to gain extra impact, improve productivity, and achieve sustainable results—without adding unnecessary complexity.

Vision and Strategy

Getting your organisation aligned with a strong vision and mission can be challenging, with a number of steps needing to be unravelled - such as:

  • Conflicting goals of different team-members.

  • Understanding the difference between vision and mission.

  • Finding something that works in the marketplace.

  • Creating a vision  -ambitious enough - yet achievable.

If you're vision and mission needs more commitment and alignment, our experiential approach can help build this fundamental piece into your business.

Wellbeing Matters

Stress often comes from psychological illusions based on past hurts.  It also comes from creating future visions, without a plan.

Our approach to wellbeing centres around letting the illusions rest and focusing on achieving an inspiring future, alongside being able to enjoy the present moment and the journey along the way.

We weave wellbeing activities and lessons into all our trainings as appropriate to the team.

This may range from simple stories and sharing about challenges overcome, round a campfire, to having your whole team doing yoga, breathing techniques and soundbaths.

Leadership Matters

Good leaders know how to set direction, take the team with them and get results.

They can also balance leading from the heart as well as the head.  Inspiring their team to come with them rather than micro-managing and attempting to control them.

We help team leaders understand what leadership is really about and support them in developing better more effective approaches.

Teamwork Matters

We base our teamwork trainings around Lencioni's model of developing trust, allowing constructive conflict, gaining commitment and accountability and most of all - focusing on results.

Everything we do in teamwork development is experiential - based on doing and reviewing.

“The event was a perfect solution to our teambuilding requirement...
we wanted something outdoors and we liked the activities aspect."

"It definitely met our expectations and exceeded them as an event to pull the team together, everyone thoroughly enjoyed it and would be happy to do it again and recommend it to others."

"To be honest, for what we wanted and your goal to get people back to basics, I can’t think of anything I would change."
