Organised a One Day Strategic Retreat with Meon Insights
Followed up with further advice and consultancy
Exploration
We begin by looking at what you really want and need and assessing where you are at.
We then deliver or refresh the "Transform" programme to ensure your leaders and team have full capability in working with this approach.

This will involve some days out in nature at Meon Springs as well as time at your offices or online.


Guidance
We work with identified key people (not necessarily the bosses) to build their understanding and help them embed outcome centred leadership and teamwork within their sphere of influence.

These people will get extra training and be given access to momentum coaching.
Retreats & Training
We organise Leadership Retreats and Training Events throughout the programme to develop skills in systems thinking, leadership, teamwork and mindset and wellbeing.

These retreats are reflective, allow time in nature and conversation to help your leaders transform the business.


Unleash
After a while, your team will have signifcantly improved their capability, questioned and adapted their mindset and made some structural changes in the business.
This is an important time. It is a time to do less building and more reflecting and reviewing, which is why we will continue working with you for sometime after the bulk of the work to ensure the changes you want to make and the investment you have made are well embedded in the business and you are getting the results you anticipated.
