Seven Habits
In Steven Covey's famous book, "Seven Habits of Highly Effective People", Habit 2 is "Begin with the End in Mind". With this, we couldn't agree more. Just try it for yourself. Next time you are in a muddle or a disagreement, ask yourself:

"What do I really Want?"
A simple question that brings so much clarity.

The full Seven Habits are:
-
Be proactive
-
Begin with the end in mind
-
Put first things first
-
Think win:win
-
Seek first to understand, then to be understood
-
Synergise (The principle of creative cooperation)
-
Sharpen the saw

With a combination of an outcome centred approach, communication and influence skills, leadership and teamwork and Mindset Shifts - our trainings cover all these seven principles.
"It was a really great day and such a lovely location that allowed me to step back from the craziness that is our year end at work and really think about other important aspects
- To remember and reflect on what has worked well in the past, what I should be looking to bring back into my role as I set next years objectives, etc.
It was also so lovely to meet new people and swap stories 😊"

How we can help...
Our work is to help your organisation experience and implement an outcome based approach to improve:
Often working in nature, we do this with experiential learning, team events, coaching, mentoring and consultancy.

There are four different levels of involvement:

1. Foundation - One Day Events for targeted impact.
2. Transformation - Bespoke programmes of exploration and implementation of an outcome based approach.
3. Unleash - A longer period of helping you unleash structural and cultural change in the organisation.
4. Momentum - Coaching and mentoring support for those developing this approach.
